1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and all activities under your account.

2. Products & Orders

Product descriptions and images are provided for information only; actual colours or packaging may differ.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information.

4. Shipping & Risk

Orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW within the stated processing times (see our Shipping Policy).
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or other factors outside our control.
Title and risk in the goods pass to you once we hand the parcel to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
