We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and this Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and options under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund if a product has a major problem, and

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the problem does not amount to a major failure.
A product has a major problem if it:

Has a fault that would have stopped someone from buying it if they knew about it,

Is unsafe,

Is significantly different from the sample or description, or
-
Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong item. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need product guidance before purchase.
3. Returns Process
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@rimans.com.au with your order number and photos of the product.
Once your return is approved:

We will provide instructions and a return address.

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items that have been opened or used (unless faulty).

Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”.
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
