Thank you for shopping with Incellderm Australia.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supplier or courier issues, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship all orders from our Sydney studio:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–6 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post or our courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.


4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • For bulk or special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to international addresses at this time.

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer may be subject to additional fees.


6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Incellderm Australia is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rimans.com.au with your order number and photos of the package.

  • We will lodge an investigation with the courier and assist you with a resolution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).
